Bring Me Sunshine !
This morning when I woke up – I was feeling somewhat tired because in the past few weeks I have been on a really hectic schedule and today I had back-to back readings looking after clients all day and writing my posts and articles for the websites.
As I pulled back the curtain and saw the sunshine my spirits lifted and my tiredness disappeared and I found myself humming a very old catch-tune that I listened to as a child.
As I prepared for my meditation still humming along, I became mindful that my emotions felt lighter and I realised that I was smiling to myself.
As I prepared for my meditation I knew that I wanted to concentrate on my affirmations and cosmic orders. In the teachings I have been following it is an essential part of any affirmation that you not only hold the specific details of the affirmation in mind, but it is vitally important that you harness emotions that support it. For example one of my current cosmic orders is “By day and by night I am being prospered in all areas of my life and I am advancing and progressing to my fullest potential each day – as above, so below and so be it” The accompanying emotions are belief and a sense of it having been achieved already. As I held those emotions I began to hear the catch-tune again and my heart chakra blossomed and a sense of happiness infused my being. It was quite wonderful.
Just before sitting down to write this blog, I had to pop down to the post office to send some Christmas cards and as I stepped out of the car right at the base of the post box I saw two ten pound notes. I looked around for any-one nearby in case they had dropped them but the road was deserted. I knew immediately that this was a confirmation of my cosmic order of this morning and I sent a little thank-you up to Spirit. I then walked straight over the road and popped the two notes into the RSPC collection box at the Vet’s surgery because I knew the “money” represented the prosperity I had asked for, but I also knew that I had to give it back to the Universe a little like “paying it forward”. But I was acutely aware that something magical had just happened.
